Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for return.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Packaging images
After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
